# HomeCAD vs Structure Graphing

The clearest difference is rating: Structure Graphing at 4.5 against HomeCAD's 3.0. On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HomeCAD sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Structure Graphing sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Structure Graphing holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 25 and 60 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of HomeCAD's written reviews are positive against 25% of Structure Graphing's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HomeCAD ships an update every 10 days, Structure Graphing weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
