# Theremin Synth vs Multi

Theremin Synth and Multi both sit at 3.2 stars, but that hides the real split: 64% of Theremin Synth's written reviews are positive against 50% of Multi's. Theremin Synth also leads on price ($2.99 vs $5.99). On rating, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Theremin Synth costs $2.99 and Multi $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Multi holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 64% of Theremin Synth's written reviews are positive against 50% of Multi's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
