# Selfridges vs Chrono Hunter

The clearest difference is rating: Selfridges at 4.7 against Chrono Hunter's 3.0. Selfridges also leads on ratings volume (6.6K vs 2). Chrono Hunter's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 33%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Selfridges holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Selfridges has 6.6K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Selfridges's written reviews are positive against 50% of Chrono Hunter's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
