# Selfridges vs Astrid & Miyu

Selfridges and Astrid & Miyu both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 81% of Astrid & Miyu's written reviews are positive against 33% of Selfridges's. Selfridges's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (6.6K vs 24). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Selfridges holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Selfridges has 6.6K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Selfridges's written reviews are positive against 81% of Astrid & Miyu's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Selfridges ships an update every 3 weeks, Astrid & Miyu fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
