# RealStaff vs CMGConnect

The clearest difference is review sentiment: CMGConnect at 100% against RealStaff's 41%. RealStaff's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RealStaff holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RealStaff has 4K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of RealStaff's written reviews are positive against 100% of CMGConnect's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RealStaff ships an update fortnightly, CMGConnect every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
