# CarryMap vs FieldPro Go

The clearest difference is rating: FieldPro Go at 5.0 against CarryMap's 4.6. FieldPro Go also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). CarryMap's advantage is ratings volume (200 vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FieldPro Go holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CarryMap has 200 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CarryMap ships an update every 4 months, FieldPro Go every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
