# Gardenscapes vs MR Soft

The clearest difference is price: Gardenscapes at Free against MR Soft's $0.99. Gardenscapes also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.1) and ratings volume (1.7M vs 19). MR Soft's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (53% vs 34%). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Gardenscapes is free to download; MR Soft costs $0.99 up front. Gardenscapes sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. MR Soft asks for nothing beyond the download.

Gardenscapes holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gardenscapes has 1.7M ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Gardenscapes's written reviews are positive against 53% of MR Soft's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
