# Raftr vs Lok App

The clearest difference is rating: Lok App at 5.0 against Raftr's 3.2. Lok App also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Raftr's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Lok App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Raftr has 53 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Raftr ships an update every 10 days, Lok App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
