# Multitracker vs StageWave

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Multitracker at 83% against StageWave's 36%. Multitracker also leads on ratings volume (145 vs 9) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). StageWave's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Multitracker sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. StageWave asks for nothing beyond the download.

StageWave holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Multitracker has 145 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Multitracker's written reviews are positive against 36% of StageWave's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Multitracker ships an update every 2 months, StageWave monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
