# Nee vs Generac Go

Nee and Generac Go both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Generac Go's written reviews are positive against 54% of Nee's. Nee's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Generac Go holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nee has 7.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 54% of Nee's written reviews are positive against 100% of Generac Go's.
