# Mindvalley vs Commune

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mindvalley at weekly against Commune's every 2 months. Mindvalley also leads on ratings volume (7.1K vs 376) and chart position (#109 vs unranked). Commune's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindvalley sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days and Commune sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mindvalley against 4.6 for Commune. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindvalley has 7.1K ratings behind it against 376, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Mindvalley's written reviews are positive against 71% of Commune's.

Mindvalley ships an update weekly, Commune every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
