# Mindvalley vs Tigerhall

The clearest difference is monetization model: Tigerhall at free with in-app purchases against Mindvalley's subscription. Tigerhall also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Mindvalley's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 73) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindvalley sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days and Tigerhall sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $28.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mindvalley against 4.8 for Tigerhall. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindvalley has 7.1K ratings behind it against 73, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Mindvalley's written reviews are positive against 80% of Tigerhall's.

Mindvalley ships an update weekly, Tigerhall monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
