# Mindvalley vs Certifyde

The clearest difference is monetization model: Certifyde at free with in-app purchases against Mindvalley's subscription. Certifyde also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 73%). Mindvalley's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (7.1K vs 15). On price, rating, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindvalley sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days and Certifyde sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mindvalley against 4.7 for Certifyde. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindvalley has 7.1K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Mindvalley's written reviews are positive against 83% of Certifyde's.

Mindvalley ships an update weekly, Certifyde every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
