# Mindvalley vs VisualMind

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mindvalley at 73% against VisualMind's 23%. Mindvalley also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). VisualMind's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindvalley sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days and VisualMind sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $13.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mindvalley holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7.1K and 3.3K respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 73% of Mindvalley's written reviews are positive against 23% of VisualMind's.

Mindvalley ships an update weekly, VisualMind every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
