# Mindvalley vs Full Focus

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Full Focus at none against Mindvalley's 16. Full Focus also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 73%). Mindvalley's advantage is ratings volume (7.1K vs 7) and chart position (#174 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindvalley sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 7 days. Full Focus asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mindvalley against 4.9 for Full Focus. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindvalley has 7.1K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 73% of Mindvalley's written reviews are positive against 100% of Full Focus's.

Mindvalley ships an update weekly, Full Focus fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
