# Mindi vs Mindi Multiplayer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mindi at 100% against Mindi Multiplayer's 25%. Mindi also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Mindi Multiplayer's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (16 vs 5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindi Multiplayer sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Mindi asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mindi Multiplayer holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 16 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Mindi's written reviews are positive against 25% of Mindi Multiplayer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mindi ships an update fortnightly, Mindi Multiplayer every 2 months. Both last shipped on September 22, 2026.
