# Qisa vs SideNotes Mobile

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SideNotes Mobile at 88% against Qisa's 47%. SideNotes Mobile also leads on ratings volume (29 vs 2) and chart position (#69 vs unranked). Qisa's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and price ($7.99 vs $9.99). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Qisa costs $7.99 and SideNotes Mobile $9.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Qisa holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SideNotes Mobile has 29 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of Qisa's written reviews are positive against 88% of SideNotes Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Qisa ships an update every 2 weeks, SideNotes Mobile monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
