# Auto Agent vs OBDGenie

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: OBDGenie at none against Auto Agent's 6. OBDGenie also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Auto Agent's advantage is ratings volume (42K vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Auto Agent sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. OBDGenie asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Auto Agent against 5.0 for OBDGenie. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Auto Agent has 42K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
