Eeto is a linear calendar that uses colored milestones to help you easily visualize your events on a timeline. Think of milestones as a short or long term goal, a company deadline, a product release, an anniversary, your prom night, or a wedding. Milestone events are big in importance, but small in scale. Using Eeto’s linear timeline design, you’ll quickly understand Eeto’s ability to put events and deadlines into perspective. Most calendars show months in blocks, weeks in loops, or days in vertical views. But like most sane humans, Eeto views time as a straight path, forward and backward. We are a small team, and Eeto is a work in progress. We’d love to hear your suggestions for future releases. For now, you can create events (including recurring) and get a feel for the user interface. In the future, we hope to bring you features like sharing, print, import, custom colors, and plug into other apps. We hope you enjoy this project and please share your thoughts! Eisenhower Matrix

Your to-do list tells you what exists. It does not tell you what matters. EisenMatrix sorts every task onto the classic Eisenhower 2x2 — urgent vs important — so the moment you open the app you see what to do first, what to schedule, what to delegate, and what to drop. Most matrix apps are a task manager with a grid bolted on. EisenMatrix is the grid: four colour-coded quadrants on one screen, drag-and-drop re-classification, and a guided weekly review — the half of the method everyone skips — that walks each open task and asks whether it is still urgent, still important, or ready to be eliminated. WHAT YOU GET • One screen answers "what now?" — red Do First for real deadlines, calm Schedule for deep work, Delegate for the loud-but-low-value pile, Eliminate for the rest • Re-decide by dragging: pull a task from Do First to Schedule and the move is saved instantly, surviving relaunch • A guided weekly review that walks every open task through the urgent-important question and remembers when you last finished one • One daily reminder at the hour you choose, asking the only question that matters: "what is actually in Do First today?" • Honest stats counted from your own tasks — open vs done per quadrant, plus how much you managed to eliminate (that number going up is the win) • Notes on every task, a flat everything-list grouped by priority for fast triage, swipe to complete, restore when plans change PERFECT FOR • Professionals whose flat list has 60 items and no answer to "which one first?" • Managers deciding what to hand off instead of doing everything themselves • Anyone with ADHD-style overwhelm who needs the next action visible, not buried • Covey readers who want quadrant-two time actually protected, week after week WHY NOT JUST A TO-DO APP? A flat list treats "reply to the group chat" and "finish the report due today" as equals — so the loud task wins and the important one slips. Flags and priority levels do not fix it; you just end up flagging everything. A 2x2 board makes the trade-off physical: a task can only sit in one quadrant, so every task gets an honest decision. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your tasks stay on your iPhone in Apple's SwiftData. No account, no ads, no analytics, no upload. The only notification is the one daily reminder you schedule yourself. FULL ACCESS EisenMatrix Pro unlocks the complete experience, including four accent themes and a shareable plain-text backup of every task. Choose the weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase — prices are shown in the App Store before you confirm. Download EisenMatrix, drop today's tasks onto the grid, and know in one glance what deserves you first.
