# BilliardsNote vs Cue Pro

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Cue Pro at 15.6 against BilliardsNote's 17.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BilliardsNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cue Pro sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
