# ARGOplay vs Lunii

The clearest difference is rating: ARGOplay at 5.0 against Lunii's 3.7. ARGOplay also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 18) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). Lunii's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 28%) and ratings volume (19 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lunii sells 15 one-off in-app purchases. ARGOplay asks for nothing beyond the download.

ARGOplay holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lunii has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of ARGOplay's written reviews are positive against 60% of Lunii's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ARGOplay ships an update monthly, Lunii fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
