# Securitas Connect vs Fermax DuoxMe

The clearest difference is rating: Fermax DuoxMe at 4.6 against Securitas Connect's 2.4. Fermax DuoxMe also leads on ratings volume (263 vs 10) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). Securitas Connect's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fermax DuoxMe sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.00 per month. Securitas Connect asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fermax DuoxMe holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fermax DuoxMe has 263 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Securitas Connect's written reviews are positive against 55% of Fermax DuoxMe's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Securitas Connect ships an update every 2 months, Fermax DuoxMe monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
