# All Bar One vs Appetite

The clearest difference is rating: All Bar One at 5.0 against Appetite's 4.2. All Bar One also leads on ads (none vs shown). Appetite's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (184 vs 6). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

All Bar One holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Appetite has 184 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of All Bar One's written reviews are positive against 64% of Appetite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

All Bar One ships an update every 3 months, Appetite every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
