# ScorePal vs ScoreLedger

ScorePal and ScoreLedger both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of ScoreLedger's written reviews are positive against 36% of ScorePal's. ScorePal's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (186 vs 2). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ScoreLedger sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. ScorePal asks for nothing beyond the download.

ScoreLedger holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ScorePal has 186 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 36% of ScorePal's written reviews are positive against 100% of ScoreLedger's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
