# Proxe Sicura vs Paperclip

The clearest difference is update cadence: Paperclip at every 3 weeks against Proxe Sicura's every 20 months. Proxe Sicura's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Proxe Sicura ships an update every 20 months, Paperclip every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
