# Color Notepad vs Pass

The clearest difference is rating: Pass at 5.0 against Color Notepad's 4.5. Pass also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 14.0). Color Notepad's advantage is ratings volume (603 vs 1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Color Notepad sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Pass asks for nothing beyond the download.

Pass holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Color Notepad has 603 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
