# SMSRadar.az vs HitVPN

The clearest difference is rating: SMSRadar.az at 3.8 against HitVPN's 3.2. HitVPN's advantage is ratings volume (543 vs 19) and review sentiment (44% vs 35%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SMSRadar.az holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HitVPN has 543 ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of SMSRadar.az's written reviews are positive against 44% of HitVPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SMSRadar.az ships an update every 11 days, HitVPN every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
