# Days Matter Air vs OnClock

The clearest difference is monetization model: Days Matter Air at free with in-app purchases against OnClock's subscription. Days Matter Air also leads on ratings volume (335 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). OnClock's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Days Matter Air sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and OnClock sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

OnClock holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Days Matter Air has 335 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Days Matter Air ships an update every 2 months, OnClock every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
