# LaunchGood vs UIC

The clearest difference is update cadence: LaunchGood at every 8 days against UIC's every 3 months. LaunchGood also leads on ratings volume (81 vs 8). UIC's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 86%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for LaunchGood against 4.9 for UIC. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LaunchGood has 81 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 86% of LaunchGood's written reviews are positive against 100% of UIC's.

LaunchGood ships an update every 8 days, UIC every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
