# Del Taco vs Pizzaville

The clearest difference is ads: Del Taco at none against Pizzaville's shown. Del Taco also leads on ratings volume (43K vs 9) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Pizzaville's advantage is review sentiment (18% vs 9%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Del Taco holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Del Taco has 43K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Del Taco's written reviews are positive against 18% of Pizzaville's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Del Taco ships an update monthly, Pizzaville every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
