# Del Taco vs Pintxos

The clearest difference is rating: Del Taco at 4.7 against Pintxos's 2.0. Del Taco also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Pintxos's advantage is review sentiment (41% vs 9%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Del Taco holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Del Taco has 43K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Del Taco's written reviews are positive against 41% of Pintxos's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Del Taco ships an update monthly, Pintxos every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
