# Del Taco vs SQUID Rewards

Del Taco and SQUID Rewards both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 71% of SQUID Rewards's written reviews are positive against 9% of Del Taco's. SQUID Rewards also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 5 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Del Taco's advantage is ratings volume (43K vs 43) and chart position (#139 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Del Taco against 4.7 for SQUID Rewards. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Del Taco has 43K ratings behind it against 43, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 9% of Del Taco's written reviews are positive against 71% of SQUID Rewards's.

Del Taco ships an update every 5 weeks, SQUID Rewards every 11 days. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
