# iBackup Kit vs Hi Pro

The clearest difference is rating: Hi Pro at 2.6 against iBackup Kit's 1.3. Hi Pro also leads on monetization model (free vs paid) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.1). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hi Pro holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 25 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of iBackup Kit's written reviews are positive against 29% of Hi Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iBackup Kit ships an update every 5 months, Hi Pro every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
