# iBackup Kit vs ROSPE

The clearest difference is rating: ROSPE at 2.2 against iBackup Kit's 1.3. ROSPE also leads on ratings volume (69 vs 9). iBackup Kit's advantage is review sentiment (34% vs 21%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ROSPE holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ROSPE has 69 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of iBackup Kit's written reviews are positive against 21% of ROSPE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iBackup Kit ships an update every 5 months, ROSPE every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
