# Shark Evolution vs Robot Evolution

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Shark Evolution at 7.1K against Robot Evolution's 729. On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shark Evolution sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Robot Evolution sells 12 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Shark Evolution against 4.8 for Robot Evolution. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shark Evolution has 7.1K ratings behind it against 729, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of Shark Evolution's written reviews are positive against 86% of Robot Evolution's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and September 15, 2026 respectively.
