# Shark Evolution vs Cat Clan

The clearest difference is update cadence: Cat Clan at fortnightly against Shark Evolution's every 6 weeks. Cat Clan also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shark Evolution sells 11 one-off in-app purchases and Cat Clan sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Shark Evolution ships an update every 6 weeks, Cat Clan fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
