# F45 Training vs Dermapro

The clearest difference is rating: Dermapro at 5.0 against F45 Training's 4.5. F45 Training's advantage is ratings volume (202 vs 3) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dermapro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: F45 Training has 202 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

F45 Training ships an update every 10 days, Dermapro monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 17, 2026 respectively.
