# BYR BBS vs 二狗APP

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BYR BBS at 100% against 二狗APP's 29%. BYR BBS also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 25) and iOS requirement (11.2 vs 15.0). 二狗APP's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (195 vs 8). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 二狗APP sells 25 one-off in-app purchases. BYR BBS asks for nothing beyond the download.

二狗APP holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 二狗APP has 195 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of BYR BBS's written reviews are positive against 29% of 二狗APP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BYR BBS ships an update every 5 weeks, 二狗APP every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
