# Pilot 9 vs CaveDash

The clearest difference is update cadence: CaveDash at weekly against Pilot 9's every 6 weeks. Pilot 9's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pilot 9 sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and CaveDash sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pilot 9 ships an update every 6 weeks, CaveDash weekly. Both last shipped on October 12, 2026.
