# 学而思HD vs 直播云

The clearest difference is rating: 学而思HD at 4.2 against 直播云's 2.7. 学而思HD also leads on ratings volume (272 vs 6). 直播云's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 60%) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

学而思HD holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 学而思HD has 272 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of 学而思HD's written reviews are positive against 100% of 直播云's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
