# Health Auto Export vs Autonomous

The clearest difference is rating: Health Auto Export at 4.3 against Autonomous's 3.6. Health Auto Export also leads on ratings volume (433 vs 9) and review sentiment (55% vs 44%). Autonomous's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 8 days) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Health Auto Export sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Autonomous sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Health Auto Export holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Health Auto Export has 433 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 55% of Health Auto Export's written reviews are positive against 44% of Autonomous's.

Health Auto Export ships an update every 8 days, Autonomous every 2 days. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
