# ISC Dig vs Best NetTools

ISC Dig's advantage is review sentiment (56% vs 33%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.6). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Best NetTools holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of ISC Dig's written reviews are positive against 33% of Best NetTools's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
