# Awash vs Apollo Digital

The clearest difference is rating: Awash at 4.3 against Apollo Digital's 3.0. Awash also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Apollo Digital's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 50 months) and ratings volume (264 vs 12). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Awash holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Apollo Digital has 264 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Awash ships an update every 50 months, Apollo Digital every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
