# CWOW vs TCWW

The clearest difference is rating: CWOW at 5.0 against TCWW's 4.4. TCWW's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 50 months) and ratings volume (17 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CWOW holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TCWW has 17 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CWOW ships an update every 50 months, TCWW every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
