# Strayer vs iCampus Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: Strayer at 3.8 against iCampus Mobile's 3.1. Strayer also leads on ratings volume (275 vs 16). iCampus Mobile's advantage is review sentiment (47% vs 9%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Strayer holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Strayer has 275 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Strayer's written reviews are positive against 47% of iCampus Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Strayer ships an update monthly, iCampus Mobile every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
