# RNTV vs Neterra.TV

The clearest difference is rating: RNTV at 4.0 against Neterra.TV's 2.4. RNTV also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Neterra.TV's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 61 months) and review sentiment (23% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RNTV holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Neterra.TV has 58 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of RNTV's written reviews are positive against 23% of Neterra.TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RNTV ships an update every 61 months, Neterra.TV every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
