# PhenixID OneTouch vs FIS Authenticator

The clearest difference is rating: PhenixID OneTouch at 5.0 against FIS Authenticator's 4.2. PhenixID OneTouch also leads on iOS requirement (12.4 vs 14.0). FIS Authenticator's advantage is ratings volume (237 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PhenixID OneTouch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FIS Authenticator has 237 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
