# VanMoof vs ALSO.

The clearest difference is review sentiment: VanMoof at 54% against ALSO.'s 0%. VanMoof also leads on ratings volume (341 vs 10) and device support (3 vs 1). ALSO.'s advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ALSO. holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VanMoof has 341 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 54% of VanMoof's written reviews are positive against 0% of ALSO.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
