Strength Training, Fitness, and Health Care ・Strength-training exercises (push-ups, planks, crunches, squats, etc., suitable for both home and gym workouts) ・Stretching and flexibility exercises ・Recording body fat percentage, blood pressure, blood sugar levels, etc. 2. Household and Lifestyle ・Organizing, decluttering, cleaning, doing laundry ・Abstaining from alcohol and smoking ・Practicing meditation and mindfulness ・Maintaining regular routines such as brushing teeth, taking showers ■ Features and Characteristics 1. Support for Setting "Continuable Goals" Recognizing the fact that motivation to sustain actions inevitably weakens over time, the app encourages setting goals that can be consistently pursued every day. It prevents the problem of setting unattainable goals driven by initial enthusiasm, thus avoiding the failure of plans. Unlike traditional to-do lists or task management tools, the app only allows you to set one goal at a time. 2. Three Seconds to Record With a simple (some might say overly simple) design, all you need to do is open the app and tap on the pie chart to complete your input of your record. You'll be greeted by cute stick-figure comments that provide encouragement every day. 3. Reminder Notifications at Best Timing If your goal is to "read a book," for example, you'll receive reminder notifications at convenient times like during your daily commute. This helps prevent any lapses in taking the necessary actions. 4. Celebrate Success at 30 Days Once you achieve your goal, you'll be celebrated with great enthusiasm. It establishes moderate milestones like a "30-day Ab Challenge" to prevent falling into a state of complacency and encourages you to maintain motivation by saying, "Let's keep going from here!" ■ Software License Agreement https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Everyone has their own unique ideals. There are various aspirations out there. However, regardless of the specific goals, it is always beneficial to acquire the "technique of consistency" in order to prevent any losses of time and enthusiasm. By relying on concrete techniques to sustain actions and develop habits, you will be able to work towards realizing your important ideals without solely relying on motivation and willpower. It will be our sincere pleasure if you acquire such skills and contribute even a little bit to your journey towards achieving your goals.

This is an application that makes it easy to record the degree of achievement of the goal that you want to make it a daily habit. Because it is simple, it can be used for various purposes in general purpose. (Exercise, study, hobby, housework, health, childcare, anything.) Since usage is easy enough to handle with children, it probably will not get lost.   * You can register multiple goals (themes). * You can change the color for each theme. * You can also write a memo in addition to the actual results of each day.   * Two ways of registering results every day 1, stamp formula (I did it / did not do it) · Put away one place every day · Write a blog · Take a walk of a dog · Stretch -> Show monthly achievement days and achievement rate   2, Register as a number · Jogging (km) · Abdominal muscles(times) · Study (hours) · Reading books (volumes) -> Display monthly total value or average value   Generally it takes both will and effort to start new things. Even if you start with full motivation at first, keeping that heat for a long time is hard. However, please feel that feeling that "I want to start something, let's continue, change my self".   To continue things, you need a little trick. "5 tips for continuing goal" is introduced in the application. Even if you do not do anything and you give up if you do not continue, if you acquire the "continuity tips", something may change.   Small small stacks of everyday become a great force one day and may change your life.   This application and its developers (I) softly cheer you for your new challenge in the distance.

The call

The clearest difference is update cadence: Continuing calendar at every 2 weeks against Habit's every 3 months. Continuing calendar also leads on iOS requirement (11.3 vs 15.0). Habit's advantage is ratings volume (60 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Habit against 5.0 for Continuing calendar. UpkeepUpdate frequency

Habit ships an update every 3 months, Continuing calendar every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
