# BusExpress vs 12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BusExpress at 67% against 12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight's 22%. BusExpress also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). 12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of BusExpress's written reviews are positive against 22% of 12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BusExpress ships an update every 7 months, 12Go Train Bus Ferry Flight fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
